Cancellation Policy

When you accept a quote you pay the full amount through OGA. OGA holds the payment and pays the professional after the job is completed.

Either side can cancel a request at no cost — nothing has been paid.

Cancel a confirmed booking at least 6 hours before the start time and you receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 6 hours before the start time, OGA may withhold up to 30% of the booking fee and refund the rest. Part of the withheld amount (30% of it) is paid to the professional for holding their time. The exact amounts are shown before you confirm.

If the professional or OGA cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund. Professionals who cancel confirmed bookings may have their visibility reduced or account reviewed.

If something went wrong, report it from the booking conversation. The OGA team will review.
