OGA connects customers with independent protection professionals. OGA does not employ professionals and is not a party to the service agreed between a customer and a professional, other than as payment agent.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You may not create accounts for anyone else or impersonate another person.

A booking is confirmed only when a customer accepts a professional's quote and payment is processed through OGA.

Sharing contact details to arrange services or payment outside OGA is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

Services must be lawful. Professionals are responsible for holding any registration or licence required by local law.

Verification does not guarantee personal safety or professional performance. To the extent permitted by law, OGA is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent professionals.
