Every part of OGA is designed to keep customers and professionals safe, private and in control.
Manual verification
Professionals submit identity documents and professional credentials. Our team reviews each one manually — uploading documents never verifies anyone automatically. Verification can be suspended or revoked at any time.
Private by default
Profiles never show phone numbers, emails or social handles. Conversations stay inside OGA and our system blocks attempts to share contact details before and after booking.
Secure payments
You only pay through OGA after accepting a clear quote. Professionals can't request payment outside the platform — if anyone asks, please report it.
Report & block
Every conversation has Report and Block options. Reports go straight to the OGA team for review.
In an emergency
OGA is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (10111 or 112 in South Africa).
