To operate the marketplace, verify professionals, prevent fraud and keep users safe.

Identity and credential documents are stored privately and are only visible to the professional who uploaded them and authorised OGA administrators.

You can update your details, pause your account or permanently delete it at any time from Account in the app. Deleting removes your login, personal details and any verification documents; past bookings and payments are kept anonymously for legal and accounting records.
